CarPlay disconnecting/ WiFi interference
I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado with CarPlay. When connected wirelessly it disconnects randomly stating “WiFi interference”. I took it back to the dealership when it was new and they claimed it was a phone problem. I had an iPhone Xs at the time. Just upgraded to an iPhone 13. Having the same issue. Chevy claimed the hardware in the truck is fine. I’ve tried all the solutions suggested by Apple and Chevy to reset, reinstall software, power cycle, reboot, relearn. Nothing helps. I get audio cutting out and complete disconnection from CarPlay. It usually reconnects but often the audio is choppy. It’s only with wireless. Wired works fine if I turn off wireless CarPlay but I don’t always want my phone charging and tethered to a cord.
