Getting old playlists back when re-subscribing to apple music

I accidentally stopped my subscription to apple music, and had curated some great playlists for myself!

But I re-subscribed the other day and now all of them are deleted!

Is there some way of getting them back?

Hi there,

When you stop subscribing to Apple Music, your playlists are automatically deleted after a short period of time.

However, maybe your playlists aren’t deleted yet.

To try to retrieve them, make sure you enabled the ‘sync iCloud library’ option in settings. If you didn’t, follow instructions here: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support and check back in Apple Music app.

> If you did, and nothing appears, you should wait a few hours, so that your entire music library can be uploaded.

> Still nothing appears? Access Apple Music through your web browser and check if anything appears there: https://music.apple.com

> Eventually, if you’re still unable to retrieve your former iCloud music library, and you’re able to add songs to your new iCloud library and create new playlists, that means your former playlists - so your former iCloud library - were deleted.
