Lost notes
I changed my email address on my ip13s now I can’t get any notes from the pass.

If you created a new Apple ID to use with iCloud, any notes you synced with the old Apple ID may no longer be accessible. You can sign into the old Apple ID at iCloud.com to check if they are there: Use Notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support
If you changed your Apple ID from one email address to another using the steps here Change your Apple ID - Apple Support, your notes should not have moved and should still be visible to you. Use the steps in If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support to search for, and recover, them if necessary.
