Failed to Fetch in Apple Music

The Apple Music webpage was playing properly, then suddenly stopped part way through the playlist. I am now receiving a "Failed to Fetch" error for every song I try to play. I do not have a VPN enabled, added music.apple.com to my safe pop-up sites list, tried using an alternate browser, tried using an alternate computer, and tried accessing it through two different phones since each one is with a different carrier. Songs play through the Apple Music app on my phone and through the iTunes app on my laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hello NeedHelp345,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

Be sure the computer you're using to listen on the web has the latest updates so it's compatible. If you're using a a mobile device, you'll want to use the Apple Music app. Check out the following resource for more information: Listen to Apple Music on the web and in apps - Apple Support

Listen to Apple Music on the web

1. Go to music.apple.com.

2. Sign in with the Apple ID and password that you use with your Apple Music subscription.

After you sign in, you can:

Access and play music from your music library.

• Browse and play music from the Apple Music catalog.

Get your Replay Mix to see the top artists, albums, and songs that you've listened to so far this year.

We hope that's able to help in accessing Apple Music.

Have a great day!
