What happens when you follow these steps?
i connect iphone to laptop which is of windows. In that i downloaded itunes app as well. In itunes app its not showing any back up data.
Then you didn’t back up the old phone. in iTunes open Preferences, Devices, and it should list any backups.
You must follow the instructions in the two links I posted.
Back up the 4S to your computer or iCloud, then restore that backup to the new phone.

And one more thing which is left to ask, in that backup does text messages will get backedup ??
Text messages are included in a backup, unless you synced them to iCloud. But then all you have to do is enable message sync in Settings/[your name]/iCloud/messages.
