If you're using an iPhone 6s or newer. use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings to install 15.6. Otherwise, it's incapable of 13 or above.

It's no longer possible to update to exactly 13.

Please have not been able to download some site through AppStore base on the iOS of my phone is not yet updated to version 13.0
