Cannot get iphone and ipad to send emails from windstream

I cannot get email to send on either my iphone 13 or my ipad 7th gen.

keep getting the the server rejected one of the recipients addresses

help

I can’t send an email through my iPhone or Mac I can’t send emails from my phone or my Mac. I can send if I log into my gmail account.
