If you block a contact it is blocked for both the SIM (Dual SIM iPhone) and also will be blocked in all the other devices where the same Apple ID is being used.

Is there a way to block numbers by rule of SIM? Let me explain. I use my phone for both private and work, having two different SIM/eSIM solutions. I get lots of calls each day and although most of them are to my business phone, I still get plenty of spam and crap on my private number.
