Why can't I reset my iPhone 11 to a new user account
I can't reset my iPhone 11 to a new user, how do I fix this?

Why not? Do you have the credentials for the account that was signed into it and to which it is presumably activation locked?

Yes I have the information and credentials for the account it was signed up to, but am finding it hard to return to the page to readjust the information. So I am lost for the minute. Reset doesn't do it.
