How can i upgrade to iOS 14.0

It's no longer possible to update to exactly 14.0.

The iPhone XS listed below your post, and any other unit with 2GB or more of RAM, can only be updated directly to 15.6.1, or 16 if eligible. Older ones aren't capable of 13 or above.
