My phone passcode was put in wrong to many times and now it says “iPhone unavailable”. I do know my passcode but I’m not sure how to recover it without loosing any of my photos and data as I ran out of iCloud storage before this happened. What do I do ?

Unfortunately, the last step is to restore from a backup. Any data that is not part of the backup will probably be lost. Sorry.
