Frozen apple watch

Apple Watch is frozen and I already pressed the crown button n on/off button n nothing it’s still frozen n on the screen the apple sign. Any suggestions????

Hi aleida147,

When you force your Apple Watch to restart, you'll want to hold down the side button and the Digital Crown until you see it restart and the Apple logo reappears. Do you see anything happen on the screen when you hold those buttons down?

I did exactly that and what happens is the watch goes black I release the two buttons n wait the apple reappears but that’s it, nothing else I did it like 4-6 x and nothing .
