Macbook Air 2017 will not boot up

I have a Macbook Air 2017 that will not boot up. The battery charges up, but nothing else happens. Seems completely dead. It has never been abused, dropped, or had liquids spilt on it. No amount of key combinations do anything. It died during the time a game was paused. Has never overheated.

Does that sound like the logicboard?
