my phone have yellow screen and lines on it. After upgrade ios its like this 😭

This is how mine looks like now. Don't even know why I updated my iPhone. Kindly share the feedback you got from Apple please.
I have this same issue after updating my iOS, shocking the iPhone has not fallen too. No physical damage.
When did you have this issue? I encountered this issue on the 21st August. No physical damage, no contact with liquid nothing.
just yesterday aug 21 also . have gone to apple to check it up.
