How do I change watch face for family member

I cannot edit or create new watch faces for my child’s Apple Watch that’s managed by my account as parent/guardian. When I go into my watch app and select my child’s watch under all watches, it doesn’t go to the same interface that lets me pick watch faces. Help please.
