I can’t access my Apple ID on iphone

When I go to settings on my iPhone and press my name to access my Apple ID it won’t let me

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes : Set this to ALLOW
