Reset iPhone
My daughter in-law tried to reset my phone and changed my passwords for my apps but did not keep a copy, I now cannot access those apps and want to reset my phone and start again

So the only reason you want to 'reset' (restore to factory settings?) your iPhone is because you don't know the password for some apps? Resetting your iPhone won't really accomplish anything if that's the case..
