How to disable multi-finger swipe on iPad?

The multi-finger swipe is really getting on my nerves when I play certain games. Can't figure out how to disable it.

Settings > General > Gestures > Four & Five Finger Swipe - set to OFF

Sometimes while playing, i have to use more than 3 fingers, and sometimes when i use 4 fingers, when i move them my app switches and i lose my progress.
