How to disable multi-finger swipe on iPad?

The multi-finger swipe is really getting on my nerves when I play certain games. Can't figure out how to disable it.

Can I disable 'swipe up' to home screen. Can I disable 'swipe up' to home screen. Running ios 16.2 on my Ipad. Tried to follow all suggestions given to me but no luck.

From iPad settings:

Settings > General > Gestures > Four & Five Finger Swipe - set to OFF
