I keep trying to transfer my videos off my Iphone onto my computer. I've tried using the Photos app in Windows 10, transferring the pictures work, but videos just bring up an error message and won't work. I've also tried with Windows explorer and won't work there either. How can I get my videos off my phone and saved onto my computer???

And what is the error message you're getting? And that error is probably coming from Microsoft and not Apple.
The error message that comes up is something like "Can't communicate with device" or "Lost communication with device". Something like that. I can click and drag the photos to a folder in Windows Explorer, but the minute I try to click and drag a video, the error message comes up and then nothing will work, not even a picture. So I have to unplug from my computer and then replug it in and start over. Same thing happens when using the Photos app on the computer. It quite possibly is the computer. I've updated everything and still no change. So I don't know. Just frustrating cause I have no way of saving these videos onto a hard drive and I don't want to lose them.
Why can't I transfer videos from my Iphone to my PC?
