Cashback not received till now!

I am hereby with a request that in feb 2020 ,i bought a macbook air on Hdfc credit card and i was entitled for a cashback of 6000 after 120 days ,but I didn’t get that cashback till now. Pls help me regarding the same. I attached hdfc bill for that purchase.

Contact the retailer you bought it from and/or your bank.
