Apple Music skips like a scratched CD

Apple Music skips like a scratched CD. I don’t know if it cell tower switching, wifi vs cell switching, Apple music buffering or what, but this is a problem that only exists on Apple Music. It doesn’t happen when listening the same songs, or when I’m driving on the same sections of road, or even driving in the same vehicle but it does happen often. It happens on up-to-date iPhone 8, iPhone X, and iPhone 13 pro models. It also happens on iMac and MacBook Pro models running Big Sur and Monterey. I know it’s an Apple Music problem. I just waiting for you to figure it out.
