Can't cancel subscription

I no longer have an apple iPhone 4s and do not use the Itunes software or online storage. But I have been paying 99 cents a year for several years now, at least $96, I'd say, and I keep getting emails that they have billed my PayPal account 99 cents. This is every single month. I can't afford to waste money on stuff I don't need or use, so why do they keep billing me? They're getting richer and I'm getting poorer.
