Disable Nuisance Alerts for Home Kit iCloud

Every morning I get a nuisance alert from Home Kit telling me that I need to set up iCloud to use. I don't use Home Kit nor do I use iCloud for anything. It seemed to have started after the latest software update. How can this be permanently disabled?

This occurs on both my iPhone 8 & 11.

How can I stop the HomeKit Setup alert? Almost everytime I open my phone or my iPad, a notification appears that “iCloud for HomeKit must be enabled when signed into an iCloud account” under the title “HomeKit Setup” and I’ve tried to make it stop by deleting and disabling anything I can find to do with Home and Homekit. I want to stop the reminders. I have friends who need a solution to this, also. Many people don’t use Home or HomeKit and the notification must be cancelled each time before proceeding with desired tasks. It could possibly interfere with an emergency situation.

Notification about iPhone wanting to use the iCloud account keeps coming back Since buying a new mac mini, and installing it, both my older macbook and my new mac mini come up with this notification, Sometimes twenty in a row, on my work account and on my personal account. It gives me the choice of approving or not, and neither option gets rid of the issue. It keeps coming back, even that my phone is connected to iCloud correctly.

Additional data, every morning the message says:

HomeKit Setup

iCloud for HomeKit must be enabled

when singed into an iCloud account.

Once again don't use iCloud nor do I use HomeKit.
