Do I need to go through beginning steps on phone while waiting for restore from Finder?

I'm performing a reset and restore on my iPhone XS from a backup on my MacBook. I've already backed it up and cleared out my phone. My phone is currently plugged into my MacBook.

When I have the finder open and progress states "Restoring iPhone from backup", do I need to go through the "hello" setup starting with Apple ID first steps on my phone while it's plugged in or do I just leave my phone alone while Finder says it's being restored and it's plugged in?
