Phone says Safari is up to date but I have a site that is telling me to update it so I can use it for a meeting. So how can I fix this with my iPhone? Any ideas?

If you’re on iOS 15.6, then you need to address this with whatever web app you’re trying to use.
That app either doesn’t support iOS and Safari, or it’s implemented incorrectly.
You might have to download an app from the app store, if the web app is not working.
Or work with the meeting coordinator to find and use a different mechanism for this meeting.

Same steps for one, or for all. Check for current app availability, and then for exporting data and porting to an Apple or other app for discontinued apps, or retiring that app use.
Doesnt it mean that you will have to update the app you're going to use for the meeting ?
