Funds to Apple ID

I can’t add any funds to my Apple ID since i have my new iPhone. I already tried doing it with my banking app or with the card reader but none of them worked. I also signed out of my Apple account to try to refresh my account but that didn’t work too. What can i do to fix this problem?
