My iPad is locked.

Hi, my iPad is locked. tried the restore method by connecting this to MacBook in recovery mode, but MacBook is not showing me my iPad. what do i need to do ?

iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular

its still not recognising. I have updated os and iTunes both. Apple associate told me that my device is showing in lost mode and promised to connect to his senior but that did not happen. Any help ?
