green screen

The iPhone X screen glows green against a black background, and a month later a green line appears at the top of the screen, but it sometimes disappears. Now my iPhone 11 also has a harsh green color. I'm a little worried because I still have an iPhone 12 and an iPhone 13.

Try to restart the phone to see if the problem persists.
