Hello, I am from Azerbaijan. I have got two university e-mail accounts. And I want to buy an iPad and pencil from the US Apple store. Do I eligible to buy it with a student discount?
(I know and solved other problems with customs. One university account comes from Azerbaijan university and another one from Austrian university)

Of course, I know that Apple does not send cargo to foreign countries. I am gonna use 3rd party cargo company to bring cargo to my country.
My question is all about whether could I buy something with a student discount. I am studying in a foreign country, is that thing possible?

Also consider that warranty service (if needed) is limited to the available service level in the country where the warranty claim is made. AppleCare+ is only valid in the country of purchase.
Generally, you should aim to purchase a device in the country within which you intend to use it - as this often simplifies the warranty position should you ever need to call upon it.

Apple will not ship orders internationally. Apple will only ship orders within the country or region in which a purchase is made.
Each country or region in which Apple has presence will have its own online Apple Store - such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe etc.
If you intend to purchase from the United States for export, you will have to use a third-party retailer that is prepared to ship to another country. In such circumstances, you will not be able to benefit from any Educational discounts that are offered by Apple.
Apple student discounts are only available to qualifying students. They must be registered in a recognised educational programme in the country of purchase. If intending to purchase directly from Apple in the United States (as declared), you must be a student in the United States.
As stated, Apple will not ship an order outside of the country of purchase. Apple will also refuse shipment to known freight forwarders.
