I am trying to export my total distance walked so far in 2022 to get a grand total. When I export my health data, only exercise time, stand time etc are exported. Is there another way to get total distance distance? I wear my Apple Watch every day. Thanks.

There is a 3rd party app that lets you select any start and end date and will give you the totals between those dates like this;
