Itunes purchase with Old email and Apple ID

How do I access music I purchased with old email and ID that is showing up as an "icloud" file?

See Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support. Generally clicking the cloud icon should download the song to local storage.

How to access legitimately purchased songs on iTunes? I have an Apple ID which uses a now defunct email address. Years ago I used this ID to purchase songs on iTunes. Now iTunes won't allow me to access these songs on iTunes unless I use the now defunct email address for my old Apple ID. I do have a current Apple ID using a working email address. i want to recover my music from an old account to my new account. I do have my old account pass word recover all purchased music from my old apple account to my new account. And i do know my old apple ID for this . and i have purchased hundred of dollars worth of music over the years. my computer quit working and i had to purchase a new computer.
