Mac Studio Ultra keeps rebooting after migration

Just got my Mac Studio, and after running Migration Assistant, it just keeps rebooting. It gets to the logon screen, I type my password, it blinks, the progress bar gets to about 60%, then it reboots.. back to the Logon screen. I've tried all the online tips for resetting NVRAM (not sure the Command-Option-R-P combination is even being read from the wireless keyboard?), booting into Safe Mode, ran Disk Utilities First Aid, and even tried to restore the OS.

Same symptoms... any suggestions?

Mac Studio, macOS 12.5

NVRAM reset is only for Intel Macs. Yours has an Apple Silicon CPU.

Did you run Migration from the Startup Assistant, or did you create an account, log in, then use Migration Assistant to migrate the same user as you created?

If you migrated more than just a user account, I would erase, reinstall, and migrate just your user account to test.
