Word recognition commands

Has anyone gotten an answer to the many questions concerning using the command CAP to capitalize in dictation that does NOT work? I am beyond frustrated, at this point, and I’ve been reading these comments/discussions for months. I have never seen a response from Apple that suggests that they are going to correct this issue.
