MacBook Pro 2020 screen

Hi Apple, please a small power bank accidentally fell on my touch bar this evening and rested on the screen, unfortunately it damaged the screen and it's really placed a hold on all I'm doing, i got it in January 2021 and I've not had any issues with it, not ever, please what do i do?? I really need this fixed ASAP

MacBook Air screen cracked Has anyone else experienced their MacBook screen cracking for no reason? Mine was on my desk and when I opened it again, the screen wasn't working. I took it to the Istore who then sent it to the service centre for assessment. They emailed me to say there is a small crack on the screen and sent me the images and the quote to repair. We checked the photos Istore took of my device only to find that it is in fact cracked. A tiny crack. How does this happen??? Apple insists that it has been dropped or knocked, which is impossible. There is also no visible damage to the device. Please tell me I'm not the only one this has happened to? I am gutted!

Touch bar Macbook Pro M1 2020 flickering The touch bar of my macbook pro has been flickering for almost 6 months now. It started about two weeks after the warranty expired. It was very small at the beginning and now it covers all the touch bar, rendering the laptop unusable, as it is very disturbing to see the flicker. I went to the genius bar at the apple store close to my home, and they said that they need to replace the whole upper case, which costs more then 600 euros. However, I that this issue has happened to a lot more people with a MacBook pro that includes a touch bar, which makes it obvious that this is a manufacturing problem. Thus, I believe that I should be refunded or have my Mac replaced. What does apple have to say about it? I have always loved Apple products, but I find this very unnerving. I don't want to pay 600 euros for an issue that was not caused by me, and that might happen again even after the repair. This has significantly decreased my trust on Apple.

A2442 intermittent screen issue, black strip, macbook 2021 14" I opened my Macbook this morning to find this ominous black strip down the centre of my screen. Devasted as I used my laptop the evening before and had no issues whatsoever. I carried the laptop in my laptop case, in my bag to work this morning and then faced with this! I am quite protective over my laptop and cannot see how this could have happened due to any drops/bumps/damage. I took it to a Mac Repair shop (not Apple) and they said they hadn't seen anything like this before, as this model doesn't have flexgate - which has seen some similar issues to this. If you slightly flex the right corner of the laptop screen slightly and apply pressure to the bottom of the black strip, in the centre, Vertical lines appear and do display the screen as it should be. I've run my finger along and every single line of pixels does appear, at some point, but without the pressure, it just goes back to black or some odd, coloured lines throughout the area. I feel like this shows the LCD isn't actually dead or damaged, but maybe seem like a connectivity thing? I can't seem to find any videos of someone actually deconstructing the screen to show what parts are inside, but maybe someone knows whether this still calls for a full LCD replacement? Does anyone know of this issue with the LCD screen connectors, as screen replacements aren't offered outside of Apple unless I want to lose two-tone functionality. But £700+ seems too steep when it doesn't seem like this is due to damage. Cheers!
