Getting apple id verification codes without requesting them

I keep getting these "your apple id code is:XXXXXX. don't share it with anyone" messages randomly and I've gotten like 14 of them that weren't me. I changed my password multiple times and even changed my email once. Why do keep recieving these messages?

Apple ID verification Code After receiving several unsolicited Apple ID verification Codes, and reading the comments on this platform, I have following questions: 1) the unsolicited codes were received without asking allowance, informing the location of the login attempt, however they were received on the same channel as the "normal" Apple verification codes that I have generated myself. Random Apple ID verification codes So, since last Friday, I keep receiving random SMS messages from Apple with verification codes. At first I thought that they might be for one of my older iOS devices (with versions older than ios 9), but I made sure that all of them were turned off. That didn't help and messages with codes kept coming at a random time almost every day. I changed my password (from my iPhone 13 Pro, latest iOS 16.5), but I still get these codes. I'm afraid that if someone gets into my account, they could get my billing info and erase and enable activation lock on my 13 Pro. Should I be worried, change my password again or reset my 13 Pro from iTunes if it (somehow) got compromised? I've never shared my password/clicked on random e-mail links/ trusted any shady website/ installed any profiles. Also, I'm sure that the Apple code messager is genuine, as I received a code not long ago to set up my 13 Pro.(I've attached some photos with the messages in Romanian)

It looks like someone is trying to login to your Apple ID.... try and change your emaildress to something completely unknown.

Someone may be trying to sign your Apple ID, which would generate the request for a verification code. Since you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as long as they can't access one of your trusted devices, they can't get a code, and sign in. You should be okay.
