Error message on PC when syncing to iTunes My iTunes account on my PC keeps popping up an error message when I'm trying to sync my phone to the iTunes account. I would just like to get my music from my Apple music on my iTunes that is on my iPhone to be on my iTunes on my PC as well. It sounds like you're getting an error when trying to sync your iPhone on your Mac.

We'd recommend trying the steps in this article to see if that helps: If you see error -5000, -69, 13010, or 13014 when you sync music from your Mac - Apple Support
