键盘自定义短语无法使用

如图，我在键盘设置“自定义短语”中添加了例如银行卡号、身份证号等数字信息以便快捷输入，但是多数情况下不管是在系统应用还是第三方App的输入框内都无法显示出我的快捷短语，我非常失望！
