MyQ APP not working on apple watch

I managed to install myQ app for my garage door on Apple Watch after MANY tries. NOW I cannot get it to work with my wife's watch. Here's what I finally did:

1 - Had to make sure that iPhone and Watch and MYQ were all the latest versions.

2 - I then "deleted" it from the phone - select do not show - and then put it back.

Seemed to fix everything. I think there was some problem between the version of iOs in the watch and the old MyQ app.

BUT doing the same thing with my wife's - nada. It keeps asking her to go to the Home Screen and press the PLUS sign. Whatever that means.

I managed to get the MyQ APP to work on MY watch. It is a get everything up to date, take it out, put it back kind of thing.

I went thru the same steps on my wife's watch - and it eventually installed fine - it's just that she has NO doors to open or close. She is a co-owner with me as the primary.

When I try to sign her phone into MY account, it goes all wonky. Not sure MyQ wants me in two iPhones / watches.

We decided that she can use her phone and the heck with the watch.

I am sure I should call MyQ and give them a heads up - but we are using a rental while our car is being repaired. Did not want to go through the grief. I was hopeful someone had figured this out by now.

Are you having trouble installing the app? If so, try restarting the Apple Watch and then test again. While this is a simple step, it often resolves issues like this.

Somewhat related:

myQ stopped working on my iWatch - no problem, reboot the iWatch, it usually works then.

Not so this time. Turns out that I got logged off myQ on my iPhone, Log in on iPhone and iWatch works.

I found that every time a new iPhone MyQ app version was downloaded, I had to open the MyQ app on my iPhone before I could open the MyQ app on my Apple Watch. And it seems that MyQ iPhone app was updated frequently.
