I have just updated from an X to a 13 and my email longer shows how many unread emails I have on the Home Screen. I’ve tried to reset this in email settings but there doesn’t seem to anything showing this? There does not appear to be a ‘allow badges’ toggle to change.

There was no badges Icon available in notifications.
The only fix was to update phone,
delete the mail app and reinstall it.
This fixed the problem and badges are now displayed.

Settings, Mail, Notifications
Make sure all three icons are checked on, an then go to Customise Notifications at the bottom. Check badges is turned on for all accounts.
