Pairing
My Apple Watch is showing no longer paired with my phone.. tried to “pair it “ and it’s now saying it’s already paired to a device.. also shows no network or carrier .. ??

Go into the watch app on the phone and try to unpair the watch,then;
If the watch doesn't unpair then;
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
