Is there any way to update the IOS on this product? IPad 2?

An iPad 2 cannot be updated past iOS 9.3.5. It was released in 2011, which is 11 years ago. It is too old, no longer supported and lacks the hardware necessary to run the newer iPadOS versions. As you own an obsolete device, It's now time to invest in a newer more modern iPad.
