The Mail App on Ipad
f I remove mail apps from The Mail App on my iPad, will it remove the same mail apps from my iPhone, Macbook pro too?

Removing Apps from one device will not delete or otherwise impact Apps installed on other devices.
Similarly, adding or deleting an email account on an individual device will not be automatically replicated to other devices; accounts must be added/removed individually on each device that the account should be accessible.
