outlook - copy and paste emails

I am using Outlook for Mac but can't seem to find a simple way, or any way, of copying an email that is in my inbox and being able to paste it as an attachment to a new email. Nor can I see a menu option that allows me to insert an item (like it does in windows) e.g. a mail item to an new email. Please help!!
