Heart rate zones w/Apple fitness workouts Im wondering if anyone knows how to display heart rate zones in the Apple Watch during a Apple Fitness (treadmill run) workout. I’ve got an Apple Watch series 8 and iPhone 13. Additionally, I went and looked through the data after my latest workout and the heart rate zones are not there either. I know you can view the zones during Apple Watch workouts, but didn’t know if that’s applicable for fitness plus workouts.

Displaying heart rate on watch while swimming I was wondering if it was possible to have my current heart rate displayed on my watch screen as I am doing a swim workout. when i run i am able to see my current heart rate and i was hoping i could do the same when i swim. (i have an apple watch se 2022).
