Can’t Mark AirPods as Lost

I’ve misplaced both of my AirPods Pro, in the case, fully charged. When I go into “Find My”, it doesn’t give me the option to “Mark as Lost” and “Activate”. I’m running iOS 15.5 - why don’t I have this feature? Thanks for any insight you have!

Using Find My with AirPods:

See if these are supported.

  1. Go Here: Mark a device as lost in Find My on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Mark a device as lost
  3. As it reads: "you can mark supported AirPods*** as lost if you turned on the Find My network."
