My new iPhone won’t make calls I switched to a new iPhone

I switched over to a new iPhone but it won’t let me make calls everything transferred over good but won’t allow to call

Did you transfer the active service SIM card from your old iPhone to your new iPhone? If you have not, then do so because that action will transfer the active cellular service from your old iPhone to your new iPhone.
