Access to links blocked

I have an iPad 7. At present, when I go to select a link from my emails, instead of opening the link, it goes to gooloo.com.au with a lock symbol. I have never subscribed to or used gooloo.

How can I remove that and unblock my access to these links?

Hopefully someone out there is familiar with this problem and can help me?

Begin by clearing your Safari History and cached data - then perform a forced-restart of the iPad.

To clear Safari:

Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data

Forced-restart:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Now re-test connectivity.
