I am being charged for two iCloud storage fees, one for 200 at $2.99 per month and an upgraded one for 1T for $9.99 per month. how do I cancel the $2.99 that does not show up in the "purchase history"?

I am being charged on my credit card for iCloud storage at $2.99 per month on my credit card. I upgraded to the $9.99 per month 1 T iCloud storage, I see the $9.99 amount on my Account History (and credit card) --but not the $2.99 charge which shows up on my credit card; but not the Account History. How do I get rid of the $2.99 monthly charge?

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.

A question: do you receive also 2 x a monthly bill from Apple?

If so, check for which month the invoices are.

When upgrading to 2TB, the calculation may overlap with the 200 GB plan

Because the iCloud + subscription will be terminated depending on the start date.

If you start on August 1 and are going to cancel now, the subscription will stop on November 1, a monthly term is used.

I know, you didn't cancel, but upgrade.

Check also -> once your request for iCloud+ has been activated, you should receive an invoice in your email.

So check the invoice for the 2 TB.

Or do you have / use two Apple ID?
