IMEI is blocked

Is it possible to unlock imei? Or maybe to check what happend with phone?

I bought new phone from hand without receipt, after 3 months cellular is not working. Seller is not answering, looks like its a scam.

IMEI Blocked - I dont know why I got a brand-new iphone11 in 2019 and had Vodafone(India) Sim since then. In August, I moved from India to the USA and set up my MintMobile Number on esim which worked fine till September end. Out of the blue, the phone service was gone for mint but the India sim worked fine. After investigating got to know somehow my IMEI is blocked (both). MintMobile asked me to connect with my seller (which was Reliance Digital India) but it makes no sense because my India sim just works fine. I am still lost on why my IMEI was blocked. Is there any way Apple can help me get the IMEI unblocked?

Is there such thing as IMEI blocked? I have an iphone11 Pro Max. And I originally purchased it from Verizon with their service. And completed my contract with them. Then switched service to T-Mobile almost a year ago. However I woke up this morning and and its in SOS mode. There I called T-Mobile for assistance and they couldn't do anything. They said my IMEI number is blocked my Verizon. Called Verizon I wasn't able to go thru since I no longer remember my PIN. Is there any possible way to get assistance with this?

Contact your carrier and ask them to check if your IMEI is blacklisted.

If the cellular is not working could mean many other things over and above blocked IMEI.

What makes you think IMEI is blocked?
