Hot spot

I cannot turn on the personal Hotspot despite doing all the resetting. The icon is inactive and cannot be tapped on on iPhone 10xr

Personal hotspot Why did my personal hotspot all of a sudden quit working? I was using it and it just quit. Icon not showing even though it’s toggled on.
